PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
Your information is protected by 256-bit SSL Encryption, for a secure transaction. All of our products are made to order and therefor have a 4-6 week lead time. Once products are ready for shipping they are sent within the UK using recorded delivery and will be with you in 2-3 working days.​

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (NON UK)
Please be aware that for any orders placed outside of the UK, you may be liable to pay import TAX upon receipt of your goods.

​CANCELLATION POLICY
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

CES SPORT 2 YEAR WARRANTY
CES Sport warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one years after original purchase. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Claims under this warranty must be made through the retailer where the CES Sport product was purchased. Original proof of purchase is required.

THE FOLLOWING WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY

Misuse (Jumping, trick riding)
Modification of wheels
Tire pressure exceeding 130psi
Improper assembly or maintenance
Use of brake pads not designed for carbon wheels

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
Normal wear and tear (bearings, skewers, spokes etc)

Consequential or incidental damages (where applicable)

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Under the Consumers Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unit for purpose or not as described, and receive a full refund.

This right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods. After the initial  30 days, you can’t demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have a right to a repair of replacement under the warranty.

​The terms of the return or refund are as follows:

  • Products must be clean and free from scratches, dings or damage of any kind

  • Products must be packed in original packaging

  • Products must be posted via tracked Parcel Force to the address supplied by CES Sport

  • The customer will be refunded within 10 working days of CES Sport receiving the returned product (should the return qualify for a refund as per above

In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify CES Sport of your cancellation to return the goods.The refund will include any standard delivery charges paid. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a cancelled order to us.
